Tibah press kit

Tibah is an iPhone app that keeps the apps that eat your day locked until your habits are done. It launches on the App Store on 17 November 2026.

The short version

Most screen-time apps ask you to stop. Tibah asks you to finish something first. You choose your habits, such as a walk, a glass of water, twenty pages or ten minutes of meditation, and the apps you lose time to. Those apps stay behind Apple’s Screen Time until the habits are done. Then you hold to unlock them for the time you’ve earned, and the day gets a stamp you can spend on a treat.

Habits can tick themselves from Apple Health. Apps sit in groups with their own hours: social media until the morning routine is done, games until the evening. An emergency unlock is always there, at a cost in stamps.

Tibah collects nothing. There is no account, no server and no analytics, and Apple doesn’t even tell the app which apps you picked.
